By registering for SunRise TE you agree that you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.

Unless you received prior permission from SunRise TE, you may only register for one SunRise TE account.

You may not promote SunRise TE in a way that could be considered spamming. You may only promote your referral URL and/or promotional material in traffic exchanges or advertising programs that allow it. Spam promotion may result in account removal and possible legal action.

Users are completely responsible for the content they promote using SunRise TE. Users must ensure they have the right to promote any URL and the content it contains. SunRise TE is not responsible for violations of legal agreements, copyright, or related issues.

Before submitting a URL to SunRise TE, please read these rules carefully. If a site violates these rules, it may be removed along with credits assigned to it. Your SunRise TE account may also be subject to action.

• No sites involving illegal activity.
• No frame-breaking sites.
• No viruses, trojans, spyware, malware, or harmful scripts.
• No adult content.
• Rotators may be promoted only when every site or banner in the rotation complies with these terms.
• No HYIPs or "investment autosurfs".
• SunRise TE reserves the right to remove any site considered inappropriate, unsafe, or questionable.

We cannot refund money that has already been paid out to members.

Filing a dispute with a payment processor may result in account termination. We work closely with payment providers and payment disputes are treated seriously.

To preserve the integrity of the system and maintain long-term operation for members and advertisers, SunRise TE reserves the right to update pricing, payout details, platform features, and these Terms of Service when necessary.
